Logistics providers in our network are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or representatives of Velo Logistics by Velocor Group. We do not control their operations, methods, or personnel.
5.3. Direct Contractual Relationship
When you engage a logistics provider through our services, you enter into a direct contractual relationship with that provider. Their terms, conditions, and liability limitations apply to the services they provide.
5.4. Our Role and Compensation
We may receive commission, referral fees, or service fees from logistics providers for facilitating connections. This does not affect your pricing and does not create an agency relationship between us and the logistics provider.
6. Quote Process and Pricing
When you submit a quote request through our Website:
- We forward your requirements to relevant logistics providers in our network
- Quotes provided are estimates from third-party logistics providers, not from us
- Final pricing may vary based on actual shipment details, market conditions, fuel surcharges, and carrier rates
- Quotes are typically valid for 7-14 days unless otherwise specified

MAXIMUM LIABILITY CAP:
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to our services exceed the greater of (a) $500 USD or (b) the amount of fees we received from you or the logistics provider for the specific transaction in question.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
13. Insurance
We strongly recommend obtaining appropriate cargo insurance for your shipments:

14.2. Time Limits
Most carriers have strict time limits for filing claims (often 7-14 days for damage, 9 months for loss). Failure to file claims within these timeframes may result in denial.
14.3. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes between you and Velo Logistics by Velocor Group shall be resolved through good faith negotiations first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or litigation in accordance with the Governing Law.
